- Shipping is free for the purchase of 2 or more Tailgate Sox®, in the same order ,sent via regular ground delivery to the same destination in the continental U.S. For other shipping questions, please note the shipping charges, shown as part of your shopping cart review.

- The Tailgate Sox® is a DITAS, LLC design, with patent pending, which has been constructed of high quality materials, by a U.S. legacy textile manufacturer which is headquartered in the U.S. The Tailgate Sox has been tested for quality, including color fastness and fabric steadfastness to ensure product durability.
- The Tailgate Sox® has a patented closure mechanism, to protect your car at highway speeds while ensuring a snug fit and easily legible message.
- In partnership with the school displayed, the Tailgate Sox®, is a licensed collegiate product and comes with the licensing certificate to ensure you’re purchasing a product approved by the school. As part of that licensing agreement, each sale of a Tailgate Sox supports the school whose logo is displayed.

- Returns & Replacements
- At Ditas1.com, we want you to be completely satisfied. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, Ditas1.com will accept returns within 90 days of your purchase date.
- We do not accept returns on soxs that have been cut, dyed or washed.
- A restocking fee may apply to special order items.
- If you find your purchase is defective or damaged, please contact the Tailgate Sox Customer Service Department for instruction on how to proceed.
- We are unable to process exchanges. Please return the item and make a separate purchase for a replacement.
- You will be credited the entire purchase price of the item(s), including taxes where applicable, and minus any special order restocking fees.
- The shipping and handling charges will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error.
- Returns will be credited via the original form of payment, two to three weeks after they are received, if returned within 90 days.
